Registered Dietitian and Body Image Coach for Moms


I’m Lindsay Stenovec - founder of the Intuitive Eating Moms Club.
You can think of me as your combo nutrition therapist, food behavior decoder & body image coach for moms! As a non-diet registered dietitian, I help moms get off of the diet rollercoaster and re-focus on their health, well-being and self-care. I live to witness that “aha” moment when women realize they don’t have to buy into the dieting BS anymore. After working in the field of intuitive eating and eating disorders for over 9 years, and healing from my own history of dieting, I've sat with countless mothers on their personal intuitive eating journeys - for themselves and their families. As a mom, I also know that self-care is not always easy to come by. That's why I've created the Intuitive Eating Moms Club. An easy, doable way to learn and grow.   • I have an eating disorder, is this for me?

    This group was not made for treatment of eating disorders and would not be an appropriate substitute for eating disorder treatment. The club is strictly for educational purposes and is best used when you feel you're ready for self-directed work on intuitive eating.

  • How much time does this take?

    This club was made with mom life in mind. You can always spend more time on the education and activities but ultimately this won't require more than 15-30 minutes per week in order for you to get something out of it. So, what's your minimum commitment to benefit? 15-30 minutes/week of time for self-care dedicated to your food and body journey. Talk about accessible!

  • How does the founding member thing work?

    From September 1 - October 7th, you'll have the chance to become a founding member. That means you lock in a super low monthly rate for the extent of your membership. If you cancel your membership and return you will need to re-subscribe at whatever the current price point is at that time.
